ATTENTION!!!

 

Thanks to each of you for participating in our Community Fair this Saturday, Aug 9 from 9 am until noon.  We will begin setting up at 7:30 am.  The address is 7201 NW 10th St just west of Rockwell on the north side.  The fair is behind the Department of Human Services building.  You can drive to the back parking lot to unload and then move to the front to park.  At 8:30 we will barricade the back parking lot. 

We will have a lay out at the information table so you can locate where your table has been set up.  A sign and your nametag will be on your table.  We will have water for you at the information table also.  And if you need a re-fill we will have some there too.  For those who need water or electricity we are placing you so that is available.  We have rounded up as many canapés/tents as possible but if you have one you might want to bring it…..if so let me know.

Anyone available to be here at 7:30 to set-up will be appreciated.

We already have a few clowns committed, but need many more

 

HI, We had a great turnout for the 4th of July parade. 

We need all your help to mentor the new members. 

Sunnymoon is planning to demonstrate makeup application.


Our next event is Aug 16 Oklahoma county fair.

10 am till 1 pm Centennial building at the Fairgrounds.  Need Balloons and face painting.
